Position Summary
Centurion Spine and Pain Centers is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Clinical Manager (LPN) to support the day-to-day clinical operations of our growing multi-site pain management practice. This leadership role assists the Clinical Manager in overseeing clinical staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, is committed to operational excellence and outstanding patient experiences, and is willing to travel between offices (Pooler/Savannah/Statesboro/Richmond Hill).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and supporting clinical staff across assigned locations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and daily operational guidance to nursing and clinical team members.
- Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Monitor clinical processes to ensure compliance with Company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with onboarding, training, competency validation, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
- Support performance management through coaching, documentation, and corrective action as appropriate.
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency.
- Maintain appropriate clinical supplies and equipment while assisting with inventory management.
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff and assist with resolving patient and operational concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help implement best practices.
- Perform direct patient care and other clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, ambulatory surgery center, or outpatient setting.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or lead clinical experience preferred.
- Pain management, orthopedics, spine, neurology, or procedural practice experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead multiple priorities while fostering a positive team culture.
